  • Online peer-to-peer support program through Facebook for veterinarians, support staff and students 

  • Support & Emergency Grant 

    • The foundational goal of this program is to improve mental health outcomes for veterinary professionals by helping to meet applicants’ basic needs through direct financial assistance and resources.

  • Veterinary Mental Health Initiative

    • They offer free, confidential, virtual short term support groups or one-on-one sessions for people in the veterinary field lead by psychologists 

    • They offer different types of support groups:

      • Experienced Veterinarians (15+ Years in Practice)

      • Early Career Veterinarians (Recent Graduates)

      • Representation and Inclusion Concerns in Veterinary Medicine

      • Colleagues of Veterinarians who have Died from Suicide

        • Veterinary Technicians Group

VETS4VETS 

  • One on one peer support with a veterinarian and mental health supporter who has been through the trenches and provides wellness assistance based on individual needs and situations. 

  • Online weekly meeting group & other support groups catering to specific needs such as vets in recovery, support staff etc facilitated by veterinarians and trained support professionals
